Responsibilities and Duties:

Financial Business Partner to the Campinas site and the broader Cloud and Networking Platform Business.Work closely with the functional leaders in Campinas, the site Controller, and the FP&A leadership in US / Canada to ensure all financial and planning activities are fully supported.Become an active participant in understanding the business behind the numbers. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Inquire, anticipate and analyze to become a trusted advisor of the local functional leaders (R&D and G&A).Manage the month-end process to analyze actual results that include financial statement line items and expense detail versus budgets, plans and forecasts, explain variances for the understanding of all business partners.Prepare segments of the monthly financial reporting packages for internal management review.Lead and drive monthly financial review meetings with business partners.Prepare financial statement / select balance sheet flux analysis and provide detailed explanations for external auditors.Assist with other financial activities and special projects as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a major in accounting or finance, preferably with a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA).Good command of spoken and written English3-5 years’ experience in a high tech public company is considered an asset.Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both verbal and written) skills.Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.Passionate and excited to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-focused environment.Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines.Demonstrate detail-oriented work ethic.Exhibit strong computer skills with advanced level Excel skills.Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines.Oracle R12, Hyperion, Tableau experience considered a strong asset.
