Job Description:

The eB2B Salesforce Manager will manage and optimize our eB2B operations that use Salesforce as the primary eCommerce and Order Management system for multi segments.

This role will support global operations with 24 x 7 coverage through a 3rd Party Vendor, Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring efficient order processing, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and contributing to product innovation and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our eB2B processes, drive continuous improvement, and support the growth of our business.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in eB2B operations, order management, or a similar role within the CPG industry

Experience working with Fujitsu (Glovia Order Management) and Salesforce (Commerce and Experience Cloud) solutions is highly preferred

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in matrixed, multicultural and global organization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Understanding of security principles and best practices, including data protection, access control, and vulnerability management.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations of eB2B with off and near-shore team of vendors.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders from receipt to delivery.

Guarantee monitoring, end-to-end order lifecycle, addressing any issues that arise.

Ensure data privacy and security compliance for all Mars digital properties.

Ensure seamless integration of eB2B systems across supply chain operations, so coordinating with logistics and inventory operations teams

Provide exceptional support to global customers and stakeholders.

Contribute to product vision and development

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Digital Technologies and any other area to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for eB2B operations.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with DevOps lead on opportunities to protect the platform and operations to have zero impact to any business transition

API knowledge and/or building close relationships with integrations team, have familiarity with API and integrations

Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to support integrated business operations.

Prepare time and support model for scaling B2B for new markets and businesses
