Como Analista Jr. de FP&A na SEE, você apoiará diversos processos financeiros recorrentes, incluindo o fechamento mensal, relatórios financeiros e previsão, bem como o plano operacional anual (AOP), modelagem para o plano estratégico (STRAP), análise financeira e suporte para a Equipe de Liderança Financeira, além de relatórios mensais que sustentam o Comitê Executivo. Interface importante com as áreas comercial e de marketing, fornecendo análises e avaliações financeiras de projetos de negócios. Também é necessário compreender as variações de custos e o impacto no negócio.

• Compreender os resultados completos do P&L; gestão de inventário e fluxo de caixa.
• Realizar uma revisão analítica dos resultados reais em comparação com o plano, a previsão e o ano anterior, em diferentes níveis da organização.
• Apoiar o processo de planejamento operacional anual e previsão mensal.
• Fornecer suporte de análise financeira e consulta de dados para a equipe executiva e a equipe de liderança financeira.
• Analisar e participar de reuniões de fechamento com a contabilidade para identificar possíveis oportunidades durante o processo de fechamento.

●    Experiência como Financial Analyst, Sales Operations, Accouting, por exemplo.  
●    Desejável proficiência em sistemas de consolidação de relatórios financeiros e ferramentas analíticas, como SAP BIA, One Stream, habilidades em Excel/PowerPoint.  
●    Inglês avançado conversacional.
