Job Description

The Sr. Consultant, Risk Solution Services will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa’s clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.

Essential Functions

Communication and Presentation: Communicates effectively and independently, tailors communication based on the audience, shares best practices, and engages confidently at the executive level. Consulting Expertise: Drives client revenue growth through strategic relationships and initiatives aligned with RSS, stays ahead in product knowledge, and proactively manages client relationships. Solutions Delivery: Enhances client acceptance with automation and data-driven models, communicates portfolio updates, influences adoption of RSS, and understands the financial impact of risk strategies. Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Leverages automation and data analytics to align KPIs with objectives, highlights client ROI, and contributes to analytical tool enhancements. Industry Knowledge: Builds and shares industry knowledge, understands risk regulations, stays updated on the competitive landscape, and consults on payment ecosystems.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Working in eCommerce payment industry
Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
Deriving insights and action items through analysis
Providing Solutions Delivery/professional services
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
