An OrderManagement Analyst II manages the day-to-day operations associated with thelicensing of Siemens software products. The analyst supports the DigitalIndustries Software business unit within the Global Order to Cash division. Itis expected for the analyst to have an advanced understanding of theorder-to-cash process as well as the ability to interpret complex tasksassociated with the process. Additionally, the analyst must effectivelyorganize and utilize team resources while demonstrating a high ability inproblem solving. An Order Management Analyst II will self-direct in quoting,order management, authorization code creation, and invoicing tasks but mayreceive some guidance according to needs and task difficulty.

Essential Functions:

Analyzesorder contracts, system tools, and customer information while performing keyactivities such as process/case documentation, audit compliance, resourcemanagement, and order escalations to ensure timely and accurate transactionsthat firmly adhere to outlined policies and process guidelines. Engageswith sales team and customers to dispatch conventional and complex tasksrelating to quotes, orders, and changes to orders to ensure these are completedefficiently and accurately. Recordsand updates customer files to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customerinformation, contracts, sales activities, and other necessary documents. Tracksand consults sales agreement to properly manage deals at all stages of thedeal. Proficientlynavigate the programs/tools required at each stage of the process, whichincludes but is not limited to the company ERP system and SAP instance. Activelyparticipates in project and process improvement initiatives, communicatingprogress and efficacy of initiative implementation. Activelycoordinates and dispatches tasks relating to authorization codes, backlogs,customer billing, and our installed customer base. Contributesto the completion of additional administrative tasks depending on the needs ofthe team and division.

Skills andAbilities Required:

Demonstratesproficiency in Microsoft Applications and virtual collaborative tools andpractices Practicesjudgement and adherence to ethical business practices, corporate policies, andfunctional processes Exercisesproper documentation to ensure compliance and maintain accessibility forinternal/external auditors. Learnsand implements prevailing processes and procedures associated with the order tocash value chain but can identify opportunities for improvement in key activities. Communicatescollaboratively with local and global teams/colleagues and provides thoughtfulfeedback on ongoing operations and initiatives. Capableof occasionally stepping up as an informal leader or perform team-leaderactivities, representing proper knowledge of order management processes andteam priorities. Holdsa professional working proficiency in English and exhibits professionalcommunication etiquette in written and verbal exchanges. Fluencyin additional language(s) is advantageous according to region placement.

Education and Experience Requirement:

Auniversity level education, such as bachelor’s degree in a business-relatedfield 5+years of experience in a complex Order Management/Sales Support role Experiencewith customer data management, database referencing, contract analysis, andproduct portfolios. Experiencefollowing processes within an order management environment. Preferablyhas experience within a multi-national company environment.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Thisrole can expect a normal office environment, with the potential for hybrid workaccording to individual arrangements and business needs. Quarter-endand key project roll out periods often see requests to work extended hours, aswell as circumstances requiring management support or back-up roles. Weekendsor holidays may be required in support of critical business needs. Businesstravel may occur within this role. Note:   Please apply with English version of resume.
