Yourmissions :

The applicant will be a member of the IT Manufacturing & Quality Solution Delivery Team. Strong interactions with worldwide IT team and worldwide manufacturing teams.

Main Objectives:

The IS MES Solution Expert is responsible for the delivery and performance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) related products reporting to the Manufacturing & Quality Service Delivery Leader. His / her goal is to build scalable solutions that meet business needs, accelerate digital transformation, create/maintain a competitive advantage within CEVA’s market segments while ensuring regulatory compliance. To reach these goals, he / she needs to own overall activities and application life cycle including setup, evolution, backlog, support, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning to meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner.

Skills:

Bachelors(Engineering or Information Technology) / 10+ years of technical experience ontarget/similar application / product. Fluent English Structure solutions in a complex ecosystem – question the way things are done Customer oriented – listens to customer needs and provides recommendations Collaborate with empathy – Proactively acts in a collaborative way Drive ambition and accountability – Holds self and others accountable for high performance Influence others – Consciously tries to persuade Application knowledge (Expert) – Capacity to define systems development life cycle best practices to create robust applications in JDE, and MES systems Domain / Product Expertise (Advanced) – Mastery of Manufacturing domains within a pharmaceutical context, challenge proposed improvements and act as the referent in the domain / product. Project Management (Intermediate) – Know-how of project coordination methodology In depth understanding of the MES systems (In Process Control, Operational Equipment Efficiency, Electronic Batch Record, Material Tracking, Line Clearance, Weighing & Dispensing, …) Some level of proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) in the context of IS delivery lifecycle actions Multi-cultural, collaborative, team-oriented working style with ability to build strong, trusting relationships Good communication skills and ability to communicate complex / technical language in simple words Ability to interact with peers in all geographies Understanding of architecture standards / technical options of the product / domain
