YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Establish and maintain data modeling guidelines, working closely with business lines, business analysts, data governance team and data engineers across the organization Capture business requirements to establish relational, dimensional or data vault data models to support different data use cases Ensure compliance of data-related processes with industry standards and laws such as GDPR and SOX. Define and implement the architecture elements that will ensure the timeliness, quality, security and availability of data Continuously improve the data platform architecture, from source data capture to the presentation layer Be a leader in defining best practices and creative thinkingYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Analysis, Finance or related field 5 – 10 years of data-related experience In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to manage information, data, and correspondence on multiple levels Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various business stakeholders Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Power Bi, Machine Learning or Artificial intelligence
