What you will do

Plan and develop present and future Region LA product offer. Promote the performance and competitive advantages of Volvo CE products. 
Develop solutions according to LA Region needs. Coordinate inherent activities with Similar Organizations in NA, Europe and with VCE´s Central Technology.

Plan and deliver Construction Equipment sales training for internal and external audiences. 
Promote synergies with other Areas, BU´s, Regions and Global Teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Regional Product Offer to enable inherent activities related to the Area, allowing planning, measurement and achieving desired results.Constantly build team´s high performance, inspiring, guiding and providing timely feedback. Understand, actively participate, as well as promotes participation and knowledge of CE´s business environment, including industry segments, competitors’ presence, moves and regional offer, dealer network dynamics, supply chain, laws, and regulations, to identify opportunities and threats.Plan and coordinate product launch phases to grant successful go-to-market.Participation in external/ internal forums.

Who are you?

Mechanical or Mechatronic EngineerPrevious experience in Areas of Marketing, Sales Engineering, Advanced Technical Training, Customer Support in companies dealing with manufacturing, use, or relevant maintenance of heavy equipmentProduct development experience.Previous experience in construction, mining, heavy logistics, quarry and aggregates, in the areas of fleet management, maintenance and/ or project execution. Desirable experience in project management.Area´s activities planning, ranking and management. Good CommunicationTeamworkQuality CultureCustomer orientationResult-orientedCollaborationInnovation & Process OptimizationEmpathyGood Interpersonal relationship
