The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business analysis, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

Including, but not limited to:

 

  • Lead, determine and develop use requirements for systems, ensuring all team members are aware of what is required of them at any given time.
  • Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments and functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
  • Share and collaborate with the PMO team on best practices, fostering professional development between the team members and setting up the function for further success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive projects to completion.
  • Manage individual projects, developing strategies, identifying KPI’s and levers, ensuring best practice adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function, optimising processes and enhancing efficiency.

 

 

 

 

About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology (optional)
  • Hold a Project Manager certification or similar.
  • Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization.
  • High proficiency in technical writing.
  • Salesforce Knowledge (optional)
  • Lucid Chart diagramming tool experience (optional)
  • Legal background (optional)
