About the SAP Internship Experience Project:

SAP Internship Experience Project is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP Ariba iXp Intern - Procurement - SAP Business Network

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Analyze and resolve customer reported issues by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters
  • Root Cause Analysis of reported issues
  • Create knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, moderate forums, etc.
  • Collaborate with other SAP Ariba Support Teams
  • Participation in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance
  • Report errors to Development 
  • Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries

  • Currently enrolled at university (preferentially an IT-related course)
  • Advanced English skills
