Partner with the best

You will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement/ order. You will contribute to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Rental Tool Coordinator , you will be responsible for:

Being responsible for the daily operations, activities, financial and technical activities of a Tool Center Working closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate tooling required and schedule for outages Coordinating the activities and schedule of tool center staff, including hourly paid employees Working together with people from the business unit. Planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED) Have experience in Services Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication, both in Portuguese and English. Be able to show good problem-solving skills along with interpersonal skills. Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar level role
