Financial Coordinator

BasicResponsibilities
Reportto the Accounting Manager, being responsible for coordinating activitiesrelated to the areas of accounts receivable, credit and collection, accountspayable and treasury. You will be responsible for monitoring daily and monthlycash flow and projections. You will be responsible for bank contacts andnegotiations and presenting financial reports to management.

Descriptionof activities/responsibilities:

• Coordinate creditanalysis, identifying and assigning credit limits to customers, improving flowand complying with company procedures and policies;
• Coordinate thecollections and accounts receivable area, keeping the AR report analyzed andwith a lower default rate;
• Coordinate theaccounts payable area, keeping the AP report analyzed, controlling dailypayments and advances made and to be made according to company policy andreducing pending issues;
• Organize andcoordinate routines related to financial operations, accounts payable andreceivable, credit and collection;
• Preparation andmanagement of cash flow;
• Prepare managementreports on accounts payable and accounts receivable, explain their variationsand identify possible opportunities/risks;
• Work incommunication, negotiations with banks;
• Work to improveinformation generation flows and financial reports;
• Act directly in theconstant review and improvement of processes related to all financialoperations, working on action plans;
• Coordinate theimprovement of payment and receipt deadlines, enabling improvements in cashflow, compliance and internal processes;
• Develop continuousimprovement processes for the evolution of people who work in the teams undercoordination;
• Develop internalprocedures to comply with the company's activities and policies;
• Prepare and regularlymonitor financial indicators and reports;
• Internal and externalaudit support;
• Work heavily onaccounts payable and cash flow routines
• Monitor intercompanyreceipts and payments, exchange closing and managing tax payments;
• Monitor the impactsof financial activities with the accounting team;
• Analysis of travelexpense reports for reimbursement and corporate card in accordance with thepolicy;
• Control of corporatecards with their limits;
• Activities related to the financial department. 

Skills/Requirements

GraduationRequirement:

• Complete Degree in Business Administration,Economics or Accounting
• Advanced Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Financial math
• Knowledge of SAP accounts payable process
• Good knowledge in analyzing financial statements
• Knowledge of credit management systems (SERASA, CCB,etc.)
• Knowledge of tax legislation (differential)
• Accounting Knowledge (differential)
• Advanced English (differential)
• Minimum 5 years experience
