The Chapter Lead is responsible for leading and developing a group of professionals within a specific area of expertise, known as a "chapter." You will play a crucial role in two main areas, managing people and playing a senior role in delivery. As a people manager you will play a pivotal role in creating a highly engaged chapter by nurturing growth, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performance team. As a senior role in delivery, you will contribute to the success of platform, products or projects enabling business strategies.

When there are changes in the company, such as mergers, acquisitions, or divestments, you help to define responsibilities and standards so that your chapter meets the new requirements of a changing company. When there are changes with service providers, you help to define requirements and governance to assure that service providers continue to provide a high-quality and cost-effective service to the company.

Your key responsibilities

People Leadership: Promoting a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Build a culture of employee engagement and happiness. Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Chapter Leads. Act as the career manager for chapter members. Strategic leadership: Provide direction and Thought leadership. This includes setting clear goals and objectives, developing a plan to achieve them, and aligning your chapter's efforts with other DEX chapters and with the overall business goals. Capability & Capacity Management: Assessing and developing future capabilities & capacity against current and future demand in your chapters based on changes in the business and portfolio of the vendors. Define responsibilities and standards in the coordination between them. Stakeholder management: Establish regular engagement with site management and ensure that periodic meetings with Business Contacts (Local Operational Meeting) are organized to receive and discuss feedback on new demand, delivered services with the aim and objective to identify improvements in services and processes. Liaise and align with Digital Partners to ensure that new demand is known and adequately evaluated. Vendor management: Request and define interfaces to the vendor for smooth progress of standard workflows, but also establish and maintain accountability to handle escalations and service level exceptions.

You Bring

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field. Portuguese and English fluent language skills is a must. Spanish is desirable. Experience in the Digital & Tech domain in leading & developing teams with experience in leading & delivering digital transformation projects. Very good understanding of, and experience with IT/Digital architecture, complex solutions development, security & compliance, and operations. Excellent service skills and entrepreneurship. Ability to engage with and influence business leaders and be accepted as a credible and trusted partner. Experienced in being accountable and owner for the overall performance and management of the services within a team. You have experience ensuring that all relevant components of a service contribute to a stable, reliable, secure, compliant, and high-performing service towards the business that matches the business demand.
