As Customer Care Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the customer receives exceptional service through ongoing engagement and proactive communication. As a Senior Customer Service Analyst, you are the human face of DSM's customer experience, connecting across the company to meet customer needs, taking ownership of the customer journey to achieve an efficient end-to-end process.

Your key responsibilities
Order to Delivery (OTD) processes.
Partner with Account Managers in customer relationships.Complex data analysis.
Drive process efficiency.
Improve end-to-end (Otd) processes by actively participating in client activities and internal projects.
Be the local contact for audits.
Monitor the status of products in Allocation or with limited supply.
Coordinate punctual deliveries.
Analyze customer consumption vs Forecast.
Process credit and debit notes.
Be SAP key user for the region.
You Bring
Orientation towards the customer, business, process, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate work experience in Customer Care.
Knowledge of various Office 365 software.
Advanced SAP experience
Demonstrate knowledge with Power Bi, CRM.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good manager of priorities, focused on negotiation, motivation, and persuasion skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
