Role Profile

Position Title: HR SrAnalyst
Job Location: ABL- Santo André-SP/Brazil
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: HR AssocDirector LAC Region

Specific responsibilities include:

Lead human resources responsibility for HR support for ABL, involving all subsystems: Training and Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Engagement, Internal Communication and Labor Relations. 

Accountable for ensuring that Brazil’s HR strategy supporting the commercial region’s business implementing the defined strategies aligning with local, regional and global goals considering impacts to the business and labor legal consequences supporting all different areas (employees and managers perspectives) to achieve high level of engagement and technological excellence.

What would this role look like in detail?

·Provide coaching/consultative services to all managers including Executive Board locally and for some people managers globally in implementation and execution of the business’ strategic plan, participating in meetings, providing information related to laws, guidelines, standards, procedures and perspectives inherent to the Human Resources area, to assist them in carrying out the work. 

·Implement human resources strategies - to support reduction of labor liabilities, monitoring union negotiations, optimization of results of organizational climate research, implementation of Job and Salary Programs among others, based on detected needs, establishing performance strategies, evaluating performance and taking corrective measures.

·Propose with sense of effectiveness of results, innovation, continuous improvement, and preventive action, in line with the company's guidelines, create solutions to any type of administrative problem, avoiding unnecessary expenses, ensuring a good circulation of information and avoiding penalties, fines, interests, losses or deficits. 

·Manage internal communication and promote and execute campaigns, events and motivational actions, aligned with the company's culture. 

·Accountable for the entire selection process through the recruitment system and/or directly with agencies aligning the vacancy profile with the applicant, apply tests, tests and other refuses that are necessary, interviewing professionals and identify if they are aligned according to the profile and position of the company; 

·Organize the admission process of the approved candidates and request the necessary documents and admission examination carrying out until end of onboarding process; 

·Fully comply with the aspects of quality, environment, health, and safety of work, keeping clean equipment and workplaces, ensuring the maintenance and maintenance of tools and equipment under your responsibility, complying with and applying the appropriate standards and procedures.

·Responsible for ABL HR budget Define the human and material resources that will be included in the budget forecast of the in ABL for HR department, according to the establish programs, analyzing the need for acquisitions and expenses for HR cost center, guiding the realization of the appropriate documentation, signing and submitting to superior approval, to subsidize the economic and financial programming of the company. 

·Keep up to date to support the management of the area with sensitive information about policies, actions and procedures related to the administration of Human Resources in a national and international environment. Ensure all job descriptions and organization charts updated and support for managers prepare new descriptions. 

·Refrain from intervening in conflict-of-interest situations, ensure the compliance with Ansell and Brazilian laws, the LGPD compliance, communicating the fact to the competent people inside the company. Act in accordance with the code of integrity and ethical conduct of Ansell Brazil

Desirable Job Competencies

·Degree in Business Administration or related area

·Experience as HR Analyst

·Knowledge of Human Resources policies,

·Labor legislation and Organizational Development Tools

·Fluent English speaking and writing, with ability to speak with colleagues outside of the local Brazil office
