WHO YOU ARE

: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, whether in success, consulting, or professional services, ideally supporting data/analytics products and solutions 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Databases/Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).  Expertise in data science tools, including SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) Experience prototyping, refining, and deploying analytics solutions and statistical models. Familiarity with BI Visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). An excellent communicator with a user-centric attitude, eager to translate complex data into meaningful stories.

Bonus Points For:

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Management. Experience with customer engagement technologies or cross digital channel campaign management Familiarity with Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling
