Especialista de Revenue Management and Pricing
A posição de Revenue tem a responsabilidade principal de impulsionar o crescimento dos preços e apoiar as vendas no crescimento do negócio, utilizando a estratégia de preços correta em toda a nossa gama de ofertas de serviços.
As responsabilidades desta função são apoiar o crescimento da receita global da Iron Mountain, aplicando sua experiência para impulsionar o desempenho superior de nossas grandes contas durante o processo de renovação.
Esta função será dedicada para oportunidades estratégicas de grandes contas, em estágio de renovação, com o objetivo de garantir as melhores tarifas por serviço, além da possibilidade de analisar a viabilidade da oferta de up selling e cross-selling.
Principais atividades:
• Impulsionar o crescimento dos preços nas nossas maiores contas;
• Identificar e executar oportunidades de crescimento de renovação através da estratégia de preços (cross-selling + up selling);
• Reportar sobre o desempenho do crescimento dos preços de renovação e orientar a equipe comercial em como alcançar os resultados de negociação desejados;
•Gerenciar o programa de renovação de grandes contas, implantando o programa em regiões geográficas adicionais;
• Desenvolver relacionamentos com equipes comerciais para impulsionar o desempenho das renovações;
• Acompanhe o desempenho de grandes contas e relatar os resultados;
• Sendo um parceiro com as equipes comerciais para obter adesão e maximizar os resultados
Pré-requisitos para se aplicar a posição:
Superior Completo;
Sólida experiência em finanças e com clientes de alto nível Global
Inglês avançado (obrigatório)
Espanhol básico desejável
Habilidade de comunicação, resolução de problemas, construção de relacionamento e ser pró-ativo.
