A Snapshot of Your Day

You will perform project support and administration tasks for multiple development projects with supervision, support andguidance from a team of Project Managers and fellow Project Coordinators. Specific activities will include:

Support Project Managers in delivery of several projects, from inception through to handover to business, ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality, and cost parameters. Coordinate basic project activities, including simple administrative tasks, schedule updates, risk review updates, management of component procurement tracking and PO loads. To support continual improvement initiatives that improve product development’s ability to deliver projects to requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Manage the process of component procurement and tracking Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders Schedule regular meetings and record decisions ( assigned tasks, meeting minutes and next steps) Assist in generating and updating project schedules Assist in project cost monitoring and control Assist in segmenting projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals Adhere to relevant project processes Support project risk analyses Order resources, such as equipment and software Assist in tracking expenses and predicting future costs Assist in monitoring project progress and addressing potential risks and issues Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements Assist in measuring and reporting on project performance Always adhere to safety processes and guidance Proactively identify opportunities for improvement regarding safety

What You Bring

Experience in a Project Administration or Project Coordination role. Ideally holds APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or equivalent. Ideally holds APM Risk Management qualification or equivalent. An understanding of workplace planning - prioritise workload, multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Basic knowledge and understanding of customer operations and requirements. General industry awareness. Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and techniques. To set high standards of performance and attention to detail for oneself within pre-defined objectives. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Self-motivated, committed, and flexible team player. To see opportunities rather than problems and to take appropriate action. Consider the implications of customer satisfaction and to act appropriately. To challenge assumptions and to generate imaginative, innovative, and alternative ideas. Awareness of the impact of your own behaviour on others and to modify your behaviour as appropriate to achieveresults.
