Who We Are Looking For: - We are looking for a  Sales Assistant Manager to lead by example and motivate sales team to meet and exceed team and individual goals. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth, as well as an aggressive hunter who is able to close difficult deals to achieve company goals. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Supervise the sales team, setting goals, training, guiding, and providing ongoing support to ensure individual and collective success. Create and maintain a positive and motivating sales environment, promoting a culture of high performance and collaboration. Monitor the sales team's performance by analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective lead generation strategies and promotional campaigns. Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and proper sales cycle tracking. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, competitive analysis, and improvement opportunities. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Provide valuable feedback and insights to senior leadership to assist in formulating business strategies and decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological innovations related to sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in a B2B sales environment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Practical experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multifunctional team environment. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable and impactful results. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and make decisions under pressure. Passion for sales, leadership, and team development.
