Odds Scanner is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on generating results through influencer partnerships, particularly in the Brazilian market. You will work with micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors. If you have experience in casting, training, creating personas for in-house creators, and are driven by data and performance, we want you on our team.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors, particularly in the Brazilian market.
- Oversee casting and training of influencers, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and values.
- Create and manage personas for in-house creators, helping with their personal brand positioning and growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources efficiently for influencer marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
- Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong focus on performance and results.
- Experience working with micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors.
- Experience in the Brazilian market and fluency in Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in highly competitive markets, especially sports or iGaming, is a plus.
- Remote/hybrid work from Brazil (being in São Paulo is a plus).
- Competitive salary up to €50,000/year based on experience, with significant opportunities for growth based on performance.
