Within our program, we offer two distinct opportunities. You can choose to join either the Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) team or the Volvo Trucks team Check out the requirements for each one:

Graduate Program – FCA

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our Shared Services Center (India/Poland) in executing financial routines.
• Perform financial activities related to payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank relationship management.
• Handle customer, supplier, and employee service activities.
• Prepare managerial financial reports using data visualization platforms - BI (Business Intelligence).
• Actively participate in improvement projects focusing on data analysis, digitalization,and process automation.

Graduate Program – FCA

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in multicultural teams (India and Poland).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).

Desirable:

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Controlling.
• Experience with any programming language.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate…).
• Knowledge of Lean philosophy.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or relatedfields.
• Fluent in English.
