Seu papel na Baxter

Será responsável pela análise crítica da prática atual e adequação dos requisitos menores provenientes de gap analysis de novas legislações ou novas e/ou alterações em políticas corporativas e revisão periódica de documentos.

O que você vai fazer:

- Análise crítica da prática atual e adequação dos requisitos menores provenientes de gap analysis de novas legislações ou novas e/ou alterações em políticas corporativas e revisão periódica de documentos;
- Participação de council regional/global relacionados as suas atividades;
Indicadores de performance:
a) revisão dos dados, inclusão em apresentação e/ou sistema
b) suporte e/ou estabelecimento e execução de planos de ações para indicadores fora dos limites de alerta e ou ação
c) estabelecer alternativas para cumprimento dos prazos acordados
d) escalação para a liderança imediata de planos de ação próximos ao prazo, com risco de não cumprimento
- participação nos tiers 2 e dar andamento as atividades relacionadas a suas responsabilidades
- cumprimento das métricas estabelecidas e participação dos aces;
-controle de mudanças
a) criação e gerenciamento de controle de mudanças, relacionado a suas atividades, para que sejam devidamente documentadas, avaliadas e encerradas dentro do prazo esperado;
b) avaliação de impacto em suas atividades decorrentes de mudanças pequenas ou moderadas.

B2B:
- criação, execução e gerenciamento de controle de mudanças, relacionado a solicitações realizadas pelo cliente b2b, para que sejam devidamente documentadas, avaliadas e encerradas dentro do prazo esperado;
- avaliação de impacto para clientes b2b decorrentes de mudanças e que sejam devidamente comunicadas ou aprovadas, de acordo com o acordo de qualidade;
-facilitar entre time baxter e cliente b2b, as solitações de alterações, comunicação de desvios, aprovações de protocolos, revisão e aprovação de acordos de qualidade através dos experts

Revisão Anual de Produto:

-elaboração dos relatórios de revisão anual de produto Baxter e B2B (coleta e análise de dados).

O que buscamos em você:

Superior completo em Química, Farmácia e afins. Inglês Avançado (Leitura e Escrita) Desejável Espanhol Intermediário (Leitura e Escrita) Informática Avançada - Pacote Office Experiência em Garantia da Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade e Assuntos Regulatórios, com vivência em atendimento a conformidades legais/sanitárias.

Local de trabalho: São Paulo/Zona Sul - Interlagos

Horário de trabalho - Comercial - Segunda a Sexta.
