Job Description
Position Overview
As a Payroll Assistant - Brasil, you will assist with the operations for the Brasil payroll, ranging from 60 to 140 employees. This position will manage timesheets, third-party payroll processing, and maintain payroll control records. The Payroll Assistant - Brasil will collaborate with Payroll Administrator - Brasil and Invenergy's Director, International Payroll in Chicago, USA and local HR team in Natal and Sao Paulo. This position will also play an integral role in systems implementations and change management .
Responsibilities
Manage time sheet collection and analyze for payrollLiaise with in-country partners on payroll inputs and payroll calculationsManage employee data updates and coordinate system accuracy with in-country partnerPrepare training materials and conduct training sessions informing employees and managers of local employment requirements and working hour rulesAssist with developing new processes and procedures for the payroll function in accordance with business requirementsCreate and run reports as requested by internal partiesDemonstrate a high level of responsiveness to inquiries and requests from managers and employeesAssist with design and implementation of new time and absence systemsPrepare training materials for employees and managers on new time and absence systemPrepare training materials for employees and managers on new HR systemRequired Skills
5+ years of relevant experienceProven knowledge of Brasil payroll concepts, practices, and proceduresFamiliarity with Brasil labor law, HR compliance and legal issuesEnglish and Portuguese fluency, both written and verbalAbility to partner with and manage vendorsStrong analytical and mathematic skillsFamiliarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office products is requiredStrong coordination and organization skills with attentiveness to deadlines and accuracyExperience supporting employees and understanding of the employment context in BrazilExperience with implementing a time keeping systems a plusDesire and ability to assist with new HR efforts and initiatives within a growing, fast-paced organizationTemos outros empregos atuais relacionados a esse campo que você pode encontrar abaixo
