Essential Job Functions

Responsible for controlling and purchasing benefits for employees;

Controlling and checking time sheets;

Updating and controlling registration forms;

Support with new hire and termination documents;

Possible contact with trade Unions;

Support for employees;

Physical archive of documents HR-related.

Other Skills & Abilities

This position requires an extremely perceptive person, must be sensitive to corporate needs and can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.

We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in Human Resources or Administration;

Intermediate level in office suite (Word, Excel, outlook)

Intermediate English desirable.
