CTS Field Operator, Macaé

As a CTS Field Operator you will plan, prepare, and execute wells together with our clients.

• Deliver safety array for CT services in an offshore environment, under supervision.
• Assist in managing spare parts and offshore inventory, maintain records and communications.
• Be responsible for the safe operation of all CT equipment.
• Be competent to operate a CT unit, safely deploying a wide range of services in and out of the wellbore.
• Work at the wellsite following instructions with a high level of safety awareness.
• Assist with movement and rig-up of all CT Equipment.
• Participate in rig pre-job meetings with Baker Hughes personnel and external personnel involved in the operation.
• Maintain service equipment at the base.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and Core Values.
• Comply with HSE management system procedures and standards.
• Participate in all HSE training.
• Maintain constant attention to processes, protocols, and activities that may pose risks to health, safety, the work environment, and life.
• Report threats, possibilities, facts, and behaviors contrary to safety policies.
• Understand and comply with all client safety requirements.
• Attend all rig safety conferences and meetings.

• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• English: preferable, but not mandatory.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• More than 2 years of experience in CT Services.
• Completed technical degree.
• Regular status with the CFT or CREA.
