Main Functions

Job Mission: Provide efficient support to the sales team and the Regional Manager, playing a key role in maintaining the efficiency of sales operations.

  1. Assist the product development activities of the Business Center, implementing and evaluating the results in the field, institutions, and consultancies to ensure recommendations and appropriate positioning, providing sales conditions that meet the objectives and goals.
  2. Assist Sales Representatives in the company's internal and external events, providing greater visibility and credibility of the company with customers. Represent the company in conventions, seminars, conferences, fairs, field days, and congresses to monitor, encourage, and disseminate marketing actions promoted by Lallemand (Laltraining, Lalcast...).
  3. Implement, conduct, obtain results, and present reports of protocols selected by the RTV, Regional Manager, and National Manager.
  4. Contribute with information for planning the commercialization of biological products, considering agribusiness perspectives and competition to increase market share.
  5. Support RTV in day field assemblies and tiled areas, supporting the sales budget and expenses for the territory.
  6. Deliver products to customers with prior alignment, when necessary, excluding hazardous items.
  7. Request support from different sectors for customer complaints and queries, aligning with RTV and GR to meet objectives.
  8. Monitor sales process from order registration to delivery, responding to customer requests with technical and commercial support.
  9. Collaborate with the Regional Manager on team performance analysis and strategy development to improve sales results.
