As a Sr. Sales Engineer , you will collaborate closely with the sales team and customers, leveraging your deep technical knowledge in AI to drive the adoption of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for articulating the technical value of our offerings, conducting product demos, and addressing customer technical requirements. This is a customer-facing role that requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; or Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
  1. Pre-sales Support: Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and deliver technical presentations that clearly explain the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  3. Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and align with their business objectives.
  4. Solution Design: Assist customers in defining and designing AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
  5. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including solution architectures, technical proposals, and requirements gathering reports.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success engineering, sales operations, and product teams to provide feedback from customers and help shape future product enhancements.
Experience & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
