**Job Title**:Shipping/Receiving Administrator**:- Location: Subotica, RS, - Business Unit: Dunkermotoren- Posting Date: Sep 4, 2024- Job Description:- Cooperates with freight forwarding and customs authorities and organizes receipt and shipment of goods- Prepares necessary documentation for shipping and receipt- Keeps records of all reveived and shipped goods, equipment, materials- Resolves nonconformity related to goods receipt and delivery of goods- Solves non-compliance related to the physical movement of material and movement through SAP- Organizes hygiene and tidiness of working space- Orders products and services (if applicable) and monitors the situation on stock- Prepares appropriate documentation for shipment of finished products using SAP- Prepares written reports on activities- Performs posting in SAP related to the movement of the material, the differences in amounts, write-off, recording rejects- Organizes ordering and replenishment of KANBAN rack from suppliers- Take care of accurate quantity of goods in the warehouse- Participates in the organization of the yearly inventory- Keeps daily records on waste movement- Organizes customs clearance and all customs formalities related to waste, prepares an invoice, etc.- Participates in the optimization of logistics processes and operation of ERP system- Reports directly to Warehouse Supervisor regarding own work and potential challenges- Responsible to maintain own working place and working environment clean and tidy- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness- Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfils all legal requirements- Upon the direction of his supervisor performs other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligationsAMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
