Our organization is looking for a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Human Resources Business Partner.

This key position plays a critical part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering open communication channels between management and employees, and ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the organization.

We require someone with strong knowledge of HR operations, hands-on experience in HR management practices, tools, and methodologies, as well as proven ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management support, and policy interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnerships. They should possess high sense of accountability and integrity, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering integrated HR solutions that meet our organization's needs, managing employee relations by addressing workplace issues, providing guidance on policies and practices, and ensuring a positive, compliant work environment.

In this role, you will be required to foster effective workforce planning and execution, develop end-to-end recruitment solutions across diverse roles, and strengthen our HR operations through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts.
