Subsystem Validation Engineer (SVE) page is loaded## Subsystem Validation Engineer (SVE)remote type: Hybridlocations: Sao Caetano do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil: Indaiatuba, Sao Paulo, Braziltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR- **Job Description****Hybrid:** for this position is required to be on site 3x/week**What you will do (responsabilities):*** Develop Plans and Schedules;* Develop Criteria and Requirements;* Prepare & Conduct test; Report ADV Status;* Support Quality Processes; Lead / Support Evaluation Procedure Development;* Gain and Submit Best Practices, Lessons Learned and customer surveys; Support ADV process to reduce Hardware and to realize RLM (Road- Lab-Math) strategy;* Lead Export validation activities in foreign countries with local partners; Support Vehicle Validation - Type Approval Activities;* Lead work with internal and external customers and suppliers;* Participate in Problem Solving Teams;* Participate in DFMEA work groups;* Build and Lead Vehicle and/or Commodity ADV Sub-plans;* Review Program/Process Results;* Document and Update Product/Process Knowledge;* Analyzes and interprets resulting data from tests (resolves data anomalies);* Maintains frequent communication with customers;* Prepares formal written test reports;* Frequent contact with team members outside of work group.**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)*** Graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical preferred)* Crea is mandatory* Fluence in English* Experience with vehicle and bench validation at component or subsystem level* DFSS and Root Cause / Red-X experience* Understanding of design of experiments, accelerated life testing, Statistics (reliability and methods)* Familiarity with computational tools and models (CAD and CAE software).**What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)*** “Be Inclusive” behavior: comfortable working on a diverse group* Ability to analyze complex data and to make sound recommendations* Ability to influence without authority* Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross functionally* Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics in forums* Comfortable with ambiguity – able to reconcile apparently contradictory requirements* Innovative mindset and curiosity to pursue optimized methods* Organizational skills - able to manage numerous projects across multiple programs#LI-ASGM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
