As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead technical discussions and mentoring the development team to deliver high-quality solutions for a strategic customer.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage development & maintenance projects and ensure deliverables are met on-time and within budget and superior quality
- Manage the complete project lifecycle for multiple projects, maximize project resource utilization
- Manage customer expectations; effectively handle complex customer discussions
- Manage project scope and change management process
- Understand financial concepts associated with project management; prepare cost estimates, monitor revenue and profitability, and take any corrective action if needed; manage project budget
- Prepare detailed project plans, identifying milestones, resources, and timelines
- Monitor project performance, identify variances to plan and take/suggest corrective actions
- Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans; closely monitor risks and take appropriate action in a timely manner if needed
- Monitor project status and report status to all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and communicate issues that may impact the successful completion of the project, including timely escalation to management
- Maximize project team member performance by demonstrating good people management skills (recognition, motivation, building trust, environment with open communication)
- Execute geographically distributed projects and work with culturally diverse workgroup
- Identify best business practices and implement the processes together with our customers; look for opportunities for business process improvement
- Assume a leadership role in projects and support our customers after successful project completion
- Depending the project, work as architect colleting requirements on pre-sales phase
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree required in Administration and IT relevant areas
- Strong Project Management skills (PMI certification is a plus)
- Conceptual understanding of Agile Project Management
- Fundamental understanding of Quality and Risk Management aspects
- Ability to handle in ambiguous situations
- Strong people leadership and people management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Fluent English (written and oral)
- Fluent Spanish (written and oral) is a plus.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Broad experience of managing SAP software development projects, implementation projects or equivalent experience with exceptional Customer Focus
- Good experience in development/implementation experience and good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Experience in leading teams and delivering successful results
- Experience in managing customer expectations and establishing strong customer relationships
- Experience with the essentials of the commercial, legal and accounting aspects of customer projects
