A ANDRITZ Automação e Digitalização está procurando um Project Quality Manager. Esta posição envolve o gerenciamento de qualidade de todo o ciclo de vida do projeto, desde a produção, vendas, até a engenharia do projeto, entrega e serviços.

Suas principais tarefas de trabalho serão:

  1. Garantir a conformidade do projeto com códigos específicos, regras locais, regulamentos e contrato do cliente.
  2. Desenvolver e executar o Plano de Monitoramento de Qualidade do projeto.
  3. Implementar e executar requisitos, sistema de qualidade e procedimentos até a liberação para envio e comissionamento.
  4. Fornecer requisitos de qualidade para engenharia, compras, fabricação e demais partes interessadas.
  5. Gerenciar informações em tempo real e fluxo de informações relacionadas à qualidade.
  6. Realizar revisões de engenharia em projetos selecionados em colaboração com os engenheiros responsáveis.
  7. Realizar inspeções em fornecedores e locais de fabricação, incluindo testes e verificações conforme o plano de qualidade.
  8. Organizar e gerenciar a supervisão da qualidade junto ao gerente de QA/QC do local.
  9. Assegurar a implementação do processo NCR, acompanhamento e lições aprendidas.
  10. Manter e atualizar a documentação de qualidade de acordo com o cronograma do projeto.
  11. Revisar e aprovar documentos de qualidade específicos do produto.
  12. Monitorar e apoiar não conformidades e desvios do fornecedor.
  13. Participar na análise de causa raiz e implementar ações de melhoria.

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Inglês avançado.

Formação:

  • Superior ou mestrado em Engenharia Química ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência:

  • Experiência prévia em qualidade será uma vantagem.
  • Experiência em automação, engenharia elétrica e/ou instrumentos ou áreas relacionadas.
