Responsibilities: Support media operations within the Marketing team, ensuring organization and accuracy of information; Monitor digital and offline branding campaigns with a focus on performance and effectiveness indicators Consolidate and update investment and performance reports; Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track schedules, deliverables, and approvals; Assist in building and reviewing media plans; Support administrative and operational routines related to media (contracts, payments, tracking of insertions and materials). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; Previous experience supporting media operations or campaigns; Advanced English to work with a global team; Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. Nice to have: Experience working with agencies and media partners; Basic understanding of budget control and vendor management; Familiarity with brand performance and efficiency metrics (GRP, reach, frequency, coverage, CPM, share of voice, etc.); Experience measuring app results (attribution, tracking, or MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer).
