Learn more at****What are we looking for?**Upstream Skin Research team technical lead, responsible for creating new skin models for efficacy, researching external advances in medical field and other relevant fields to inform new hypotheses. Identify new or existing technologies capable of delivering against new efficacy pathways and validate through in vitro testing.**What are the main responsibilities**:This leader works closely with R&D skin and body category leaders, understanding category strategies and innovation priorities and focusing research to address identified consumer needs. Identifies and partners with external thought leaders and those with relevant late stage technology leads. Represents Avon skin research and technologies at key technical conferences and industry events.**Who is the person?**A proven track record of creativity and driving innovation within a fast-paced and flexible research environment. Scouts for new insights and technologies relevant to skin care products. Makes unobvious connections and brings in new ideas for enhancing performance. Works collaboratively with external partners and leading experts to create a pipeline of new technology opportunities. Develops and validates technical models and recommends biggest opportunities.**What you need to have?**Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of skin biology or other relevant field. Proven expertise in scouting for new technologies and ideas and converging to viable solutions. Strong external collaboration skills.
