This position is open to candidates residing in Brazil. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bilingual Training Analyst to develop and deliver training programs for new Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a teaching-oriented profile, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong organizational abilities, being able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Responsibilities: Plan, record, communicate, and conduct training sessions for new employees. Conduct practical evaluations to ensure participants have the required skills. Prepare and post individual training reports. Maintain ongoing communication with participants throughout the training process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Fluency in English. Previous experience in teaching or training. Knowledge of digital productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
