The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate wears many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Provide customer-facing IT support; own support processes and deliver an outstanding experience to employees via tools such as Slack and Jira. Manage macOS in an enterprise environment. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and improve identity provider (IDP) and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.); write clear, helpful articles and automate routine tasks. Manage incidents and critical issues to resolution; balance help desk tickets with project work in an agile environment (Jira, sprints). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; experience handling hardware shipping and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong troubleshooting skills, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching), and OSI model understanding. Self-management, ability to scope projects, and collaborate across multiple teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf and Okta certifications; Google Workspace certifications.
