**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Como Country Manager, você deve:
- Construir, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe que lidera as diferentes áreas e processos da empresa no Brasil.
- Desenvolver o negócio, gerir as operações e aumentar a rentabilidade da empresa através da gestão de uma equipe motivada e empenhada
- Liderar a gestão estratégica de vendas no país para atingir os objetivos de margem e capital de giro.
- Gestão orçamentária do país;
- Garantir um elevado nível de qualidade de serviço e satisfação dos clientes Liftit
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Experiência e liderança no setor de logístico, supply chains, last mile, e-commerce e/ou transporte de cargas.
**Informações adicionais**
Para essa posição é importante que você tenha:
- Formação em Logística ou áreas correlatas e MBA ou Pós;
- Espanhol;
- Inglês (diferencial)
- Excel avançado;
- Se tiver conhecimento em startups será considerado um diferencial.
Nós estamos em SP e trabalhando de forma hibrida.
