Overview The pay range is $163,000.00 - $294,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary by position, including labor markets and, in some cases, education, work experience, and certifications. Preference for candidates to be based in this location as the role requires frequent travel to support local clients. There will be no relocation offered for this position. Position Director, Partner Solutions – Beauty leads a team of sales and client management professionals who bring market‑leading media strategies and innovative solutions that meet our beauty clients’ needs. You will create the overarching strategic approach for beauty clients, standardize client deliverables, and ensure on‑brand communications and presentations across the team. You will stay current on industry trends in retail and digital advertising, and you will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver and execute effective results and uncover growth opportunities. You will act as the executive presence in the field with key clients and top client executives, applying your experience in building and leading strong teams to deliver profitable financial results for the enterprise. Primary responsibilities Develop and implement revenue generation and sales growth strategies for Roundel from clients within the Beauty category Build, lead, and develop a talented team of media sales and client management expertise Implement strategies for the team to deliver on financial and operational goals; set priorities at the team and individual level and actively coach and manage performance Develop strategies to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and relationship management for your book of business; hold the team accountable to meet or exceed expectations Collaborate cross‑functionally across Roundel and Target to define enterprise‑level strategies that drive ad revenue growth Inspire and lead the team with clear direction and accountability for activities that drive revenue and deliver customer value Lead the team as critical thought partners internally and client‑facing for assigned categories/verticals Participate in client meetings with leadership presence in the field This is a key leadership role for a growing organization, reporting to Sr. Director, Partner Solutions for Roundel. About you Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of proven digital / media sales experience Proven track record of delivering on sales and client goals and building, developing, and leading sales teams generating revenue of $200M+ Strong relationships across the media industry Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends and technology, and the agency landscape Ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with internal and external partners Solution‑oriented and strategic team player; able to navigate ambiguity Willingness to travel This position may be considered for Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangements based on Target’s needs. A Remote arrangement means working full time from home or another location, with possible HQ travel up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day arrangement means the role may be performed remote or onsite depending on day‑to‑day requirements. Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
