Employer Industry Healthcare Philanthropy Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $117,611.00 per year Eligible for annual bonus incentive Comprehensive benefits package including various health insurance options, retirement plans with employer matching, and paid time off Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading national health system Work remotely with a flexible schedule Engage in meaningful work that impacts healthcare delivery and supports community well‑being What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the strategic development and execution of prospect research and pipeline management initiatives to support fundraising goals Conduct in depth research on prospective donors, creating detailed profiles and wealth estimations Manage prospecting tools and ensure accurate donor data management for fundraising efforts Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for expanding the pool of prospects and donors Facilitate prospect and portfolio review meetings to optimize donor engagement and solicitation efforts What is Required (Qualifications) High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable job‑specific experience Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated experience in fundraising operations management and best practices in prospect research Proficiency with Google applications and development databases, with a preference for Raiser’s Edge How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Track record of building successful relationships and ability to work independently Experience in organizing and completing multiple tasks with attention to detail Ability to creatively conceptualize and implement new projects and strategies Strong understanding of donor data management and pipeline development best practices #HealthcarePhilanthropy #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #CompetitiveBenefits #FundraisingStrategy We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
