As a Training and Development Senior Analyst , your mission will be to design, implement, and enhance learning programs that align with organizational goals and foster employee growth. A key focus of your role will be developing and managing leadership development programs. You will assess training needs, create engaging content, and deliver impactful learning experiences that elevate skills and boost performance across all levels of the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will analyze learning outcomes and continuously improve programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
Additionally, your role will involve engaging the culture of learning and innovation, examining auditing needs, and leveraging technology and best practices to create dynamic development opportunities. By managing training metrics and evaluating ROI, you will provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ultimately contributing to actions that drive organizational success.
You will also be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive training needs assessments to identify gaps and align development programs with organizational objectives;
- Designing and delivering tailored learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules, and blended training programs;
- Leading the creation and implementation of leadership development initiatives to strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis to ensure continuous improvement;
- Collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to align training efforts with strategic priorities and foster a culture of learning;
- Leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and emerging technologies to optimize program delivery and accessibility;
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative methods into the organization’s training and development strategy;
Main requirements for this position:
- Experience with the majority of the areas described under key responsibilities;
- Strong understanding of training and development principles, methodologies, and best practices;
- Ability to analyze data related to employee performance, training effectiveness, and organizational development initiatives;
- Previous experience in creating Leadership Development Programs;
- Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Tool);
- Advanced English (Writing, reading & speaking);
