Let’s see what it takes What you will do: Handle customer inquiries involving technical issues and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions Monitor client hardware in real time and ensure prompt issue detection and escalation when needed Follow established procedures to escalte issues to the appropriate internal teams and stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of system failures, maintenance activities, and identified bugs Collaborate and communicate effectively with the client’s internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
