**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in workforce planning and workflow management tasks, gaining experience in operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools for data analysis and reporting, presenting analytical results in concise documents to provide insights or solutions.
- Support strategic thinking initiatives, contributing to the development of creative solutions for budget and workforce management.
- Help manage multiple tasks concurrently, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively.
- Assist in project and program management, supporting the execution of budget and workforce plans with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks, and providing contingency plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence and achieve positive outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and handle ambiguity.
- Willingness to learn workforce planning and workflow management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in project or program management with the ability to identify risks and develop contingency plans, and in stakeholder management, with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in scheduling, operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
