Supply Chain Associate - Consumer Health
This position will be accountable to lead the design and implementation of the Reliability Program within Consumer Health Supply Chain organization in LATAM.This person will be a key contributor to shape and lead the strategy and roadmap, including leading the E2E Reliability governance team in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders.The person in this role needs to demonstrate strong experience in Supply Chain, end to end (E2E) thinking, Project management and Lead Skills.This position will report to the SC Reliability Manager in LATAM.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for:
- Shape and drive overall Supply Chain E2E Reliability Program in Consumer Health Latam.
- Help to develop a program that covers from our suppliers until our customer’s needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams responsible for the successful completion for the initiatives within the Reliability Program.
- Coordination of supply chain risk management program and prioritize risks across impact, ability to mitigate and likelihood.
- Identify appropriate proactive actions based on risks priority.
- Monitor risks and establish an early warnings process.
- Track and conduct frequently evaluation of the progress of the program/initiatives with functional areas.
- Implement Governance and regular review of the Program.
**Qualificações**
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Advanced English - required
- Intermediary Spanish - required
- Strong experience in Supply Chain(Planning and Projects)
Be extremely organized.
Agile mindset, with strong communication, and partnership skills.
Strong critical thinking, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.
Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.
Evidence of leadership in coordinating important projects to successful completion.
