About the job :
The Campaign Marketing Director will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing monthly large-scale marketing campaigns for our food delivery platform. The core goal of this role is to significantly boost user acquisition, user retention, and overall sales performance through data-driven campaign strategies. Additionally, the role involves fostering collaboration and ensuring the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end strategies for monthly large-scale promotions, aligning with business objectives (e.g., user growth, sales targets, market share expansion).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, user operations, merchant, and business analysis teams to ensure campaign logistics (e.g., discount policies, merchant partnerships, platform functionality) are fully supported and executed smoothly.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance, analyze data (e.g., user participation rate, conversion rate, average order value), and make agile adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage a campaign marketing team, including setting clear performance goals and providing coaching/mentorship to enhance team members' professional skills.
- Lead quarterly and annual team planning sessions to align team priorities with company-wide marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics (e.g., user growth rate, sales revenue, ROI) to senior management on a monthly basis.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify successes, challenges, and actionable insights, and apply these learnings to improve future promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., food delivery consumer behavior, competitor marketing strategies) and integrate innovative ideas into campaign planning.
Job Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in internet-related marketing roles, with a proven track record in designing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns. Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand services is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with a history of leading team members to achieve measurable business goals.
- Strong data literacy: Ability to analyze marketing data (e.g., from Google Analytics, platform internal dashboards) to drive strategy and optimize campaigns.
- Capability to translate business goals into actionable campaign plans and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams (product, operations, sales) to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented: Focused on achieving user growth and sales targets through data-driven actions.
- Creative and innovative: Willing to test new marketing tactics and stay ahead of industry trends.
