Sales Manager

Requisitos essenciais:
Sólida experiência em vendas diretas para grandes empresas (Enterprise); Experiência liderando equipes de vendas com foco em metas de fechamento; Habilidade comprovada para atrair, treinar e reter talentos de vendas, inspirando a equipe com liderança forte; Sólido conhecimento em computação em nuvem, tendências do setor e fatores estratégicos para negócios; Capacidade de identificar as etapas do ciclo de compra de cada cliente potencial; Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, com experiência em negociação, gestão de objeções e resolução de desafios; Domínio de interações via telefone, e-mail, videoconferência e apresentações; Perfil analítico e estratégico, com habilidade para identificar oportunidades, desenvolver relacionamentos e conduzir o cliente ao sucesso; Compreensão do setor de TI e facilidade para aprender sobre produtos e soluções empresariais; Orientação para resultados, com motivação para atingir metas e forte capacidade de colaboração interdepartamental; Gestão eficaz do tempo, autonomia e alto nível de integridade; Paixão pelo setor de tecnologia, com histórico de prospecção para tomadores de decisão de TI.
Responsabilidades:
Prospecção de novos negócios e clientes; Recrutar, liderar e desenvolver uma equipe de vendas de ciclo completo; Atuar como principal ponto de contato dos prospects, conduzindo a estratégia de vendas, superando objeções e fechando negócios; Mapear contas potenciais, analisando estrutura organizacional, stakeholders e tecnologias adotadas; Engajar executivos de contas alvo estratégicas; Conduzir discussões com líderes seniores para entender suas necessidades de negócios; Demonstrar valor e impacto das soluções da Sys Manager por meio de apresentações, comunicação escrita e demonstrações ao vivo.
