RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the invoicing process and maintain control of issued invoices.
• Monitor client payments and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients for collections and payment negotiations while preserving a positive customer relationship.
• Post expense entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist in analyzing financial reports related to cash flow and revenue forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and collection policies.
• Use financial systems and tools to optimize AR processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.
• Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Advanced English (assessed during interviews).
