Job DescriptionAs a financial analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the operations team to identify areas of opportunity for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
