Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Engineering Center by providing financial and process improvement expertise.

Your responsibilities will include verifying and analyzing total labor hours per employee on a monthly basis, comparing standard vs actual labor rates, preparing invoices for different countries and multiple cost centers, and providing all necessary information to the billing team for local services invoicing.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring and controlling the invoices register in accounting, working in an intercompany balance reconciliation on a monthly basis, engineering center CAPEX control, leading the entire process to ensure intercompany receivables, and leading communications with multiple countries.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in finance - cost control/billings.
  • You possess a highly motivated and proactive attitude with flexibility to respond to critical questions and challenging situations.
  • You demonstrate ownership and empathy to understand business needs and find solutions within our accounting and governance rules.
  • You optimize processes, automate routines, and exhibit flexibility and openness to continuous improvement.
  • You possess critical thinking and detailed-driven profile.
  • You have advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Power BI experience is desirable.
  • Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience is desirable.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • You are graduated in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or correlated areas.
