    • O desafio
    Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner Sênior para atuar no coração do nosso time de produto.
    Essa pessoa será responsável por entender as dores dos usuários e transformar essas demandas em entregas de valor, conectando áreas estratégicas da empresa ao time de desenvolvimento.
    • Suas responsabilidades incluem:
    • Levantar e qualificar demandas junto a usuários, clientes e times internos.
    • Avaliar o impacto e viabilidade de novas funcionalidades.
    • Especificar requisitos, fluxos e casos de uso claros para o time técnico.
    • Participar da priorização do backlog e cerimônias ágeis.
    • Garantir alinhamento entre áreas (comercial, atendimento, marketing e tech).
    • Documentar processos e acompanhar a evolução das entregas.
    • Requisitos obrigatórios:
    • Experiência sólida como PO, Analista de Produto ou Business Analyst em produtos B2B.
    • Vivência com ferramentas de atendimento, CRM e integração entre áreas.
    • Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos técnicos.
    • Noções de desenvolvimento web (NodeJS, Angular ou similares).
    • Forte habilidade de comunicação, organização e visão analítica.
    • Diferenciais que contam pontos:
    • Experiência com produtos SaaS B2B.
    • Noções de UX e ferramentas de prototipação.
    • Familiaridade com métricas de produto e análise de dados.
    • Procuramos alguém com:
    • Autonomia e comprometimento com entregas.
    • Boa comunicação assíncrona.
    • Visão de produto e foco em melhoria contínua.
    • Proatividade para propor soluções.
    • Contratação e condições:
    • PJ (prestação de serviços)
    • Remuneração: a combinar
    • Carga horária: 40h por semana
    • 100% remoto
    • Pagamento mediante emissão de nota fiscal
