We focus on areas of medicine where we can make the biggest difference: Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Immunology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Pulmonary Hypertension.We are Janssen.Our mission drives us.Our patients inspire us.**COMPUTER ANALYST 3****Key Responsibilities**:- Support Data Center, Server, and Storage Platforms- Leading all aspects of Vendor Operations / Level 2 technical support- Leads L1/L2 Incident Management support teams within the Operations Management team.- Coordinate vendor services 24x7 related to Raised Floor operations- Prioritize organizational goals to help achieve incremental results.- Provide regional input to assist in developing and implementing Data Center, Servers, Storage & Application Solution/Support Strategy for Johnson & Johnson- Stays informed on future IT trends and assist in incorporating this knowledge into service improvement initiatives, pilots and innovation programs within strategic roadmaps.- Maintain and improve the services framework based on demand pipeline.- Assist in establishing and instituting governance model for technology usage and measure reuse across projects.- Close collaboration with global functional leaders in IT IS- Build positive relationships with LATAM business IT groups to understand demand and regional specific requirements- Responsible for the Regional Data Center management operations and engineering- Responsible for the IT Infrastructure operations for the SJC DC- Support engineering team across multiple projects**Qualifications**:At Johnson & Johnson, the largest healthcare company in the world, we come together for one purpose: to transform the history of health in humanity.Diversity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years. MBA is a plus**Experience
